Final preparations before passage

Over the next few days we spent a lot of time discussing when we were going to leave on passage to Fiji and which route we were going to take. We went into customs to confirm some things about our departure and into the market to get some fresh fruit. Netty, a local lady with who Pip had built a connection, invited us to go to church with her on Sunday and back to hers for lunch. The girls and I filled in all of our departure paperwork in preparation.

The girls hung out with the kids on Seamer as they sailed out to Lisa’s beach and we followed shortly after. Pip and I had a lovely paddle board but Ben got too fancy and ended up falling in!! When we went to pick up the girls, they wanted a sleepover. So it was agreed that three of the Seamer kids would stay on Savarna, they had so much fun. What a life being a cruising kid.
