Around Neiafu

In the afternoon I got to explore a bit around Neiafu, the main town in Vava’u and do some jobs such as visiting immigration. The cars were all very old and buildings often rundown. The lady at immigration was lovely but things were so relaxed, which also meant things took a long time. Everything was completed on paper, make sure it doesn’t get wet! The marina in town is just a lot of moorings, the one we were staying on was owned by the whale tour boat so we paid there. It is a popular place for boaters with over 40 yachts in the harbour.
