Fish!!

On the 3rd morning we woke to shouts of fish on the lines! Nawi was very far away now, about 30 or 40 miles off our bow. We got our first glimpse of land (one of the islands in the Lau group), at about 10am but we knew we had another night ahead of us before we could all rest. Throughout the day we caught about 5 fish. We even caught a marlin, which was leaping up from out of the water making splashes 3 metres high! As the swell dropped we had our first happy hour on the bow, raised our Fijian flag and Quartenine flag and celebrated that we had gone through the hardest part.
